The overall design is done to balance comfort of living with style in a cost effective manner. The stone cladding and lightning used in the living area gives a warmth to that area. There is a wide range of colors and tiles used in dining, kitchen, halls, courtyard and bedrooms to create a vibe for each setting. The space provided for wall shelves for decorations and storage is worth mentioning as they are hand in hand with beauty and effective space usage.
The dining hall is separated from the common living area using a highlighted wall from better convenience and privacy. The courtyard and its design is just mind capturing due to lighting and arrangement. The foyer space is maximum utilized as utility was given prime focus rather than luxury. Every room is arranged and organized with the ultimate goal of compactness and space utilization to improve the convenience of living.
The doors, windows and wall cupboards all have wooden paneling which makes it more appealing and gives a traditional touch. Other cabinets have acrylic glass finish doors which gives a glossy look and also makes it easy to clean. The modular kitchen is designed such that everything is easily accessible and well organized. The space under the staircase is used for indoor planting and decoration on one side and on the other side there is the wash area connected to the dining room with a large mirror and cabinets beneath it. False ceiling is used in the rooms to provide focused lighting and energy efficiency and be more decorative at the same time.
